For Bridger's birthday we went on a weekend get away to Melbourne, kid free!

The first thing we did upon arriving in Melbourne was take a bike tour. It should be noted that it was 40 degrees Celsius (104 F) with NO wind! Jeesh!

China Town
Melbourne's china town is the second oldest china town (San Fran has the oldest).
Here is Bridger in front of the Melbourne's capital building.
Melbourne was so wealthy after its gold rush that some of the walls inside the capital are lined with gold.
Here Bridger and I are heading out for dinner our first night.

Our second day in Melbourne we headed out to the picturesque beach town of Sorrento.
Thanks to groupon we were able to go on an awesome boat adventure.

Our first stop was with the seals

It was such an awesome experience swimming with the seals. They swam below, around and beside us. It was AMAZING!

Our second stop was at this little rock area where we saw some beautiful fish

After our boat ride we stayed in Sorrento and rented paddle boards

After Sorrento we headed to Mornington beach and spent the rest of the day playing on the beach and relaxing. Aww sweet bliss!
On our last day we started off the day with a delicious breakfast down this cute ally way.
We then rented bikes and biked around the city.
We made a quick stop at the Melbourne Markets.
After biking around for the day and touring Melbourne for the last time it was time to head home.
So we raced to the airport in this rental car (Bridger likes to take a picture with every rental car),
flew out of this teeny tiny airport, it has only one gate,
And headed home to our sweet boys.
I had the best time with my best friend!
